    Lawrence J. “Larry” Smith, 25, of Fulton passed away unexpectedly Thursday, June 30, 2022 in his home in Fulton. Larry was a very spiritual person and believed in positive energy. He tried to lift up anyone who was around him. Larry enjoyed creating music as an outlet for himself but also as a way to put positive energy into the world to help others. He was very compassionate and had a huge love for animals and his family. Larry is survived by his mother Ruth Callahan, siblings Jeff Griffis, Ken Cook, Kristin Callahan and Shakara Smith, grandmother Nancy Leonard, aunts Bonnie LaRock and Carol Leonard, uncle Stephen Leonard, nephews and nieces Nathan Chetwin, Sophia Chetwin, Lucy Chetwin, Keilani Willis and Carter Williams. Calling hours will be 10:00 am – 12:00 noon Saturday, July 9, 2022 at the G.F. Zimmer Funeral Home, 702 Legion Drive, Chittenango.

    Ruth,Jeff, Kenny, Kristen , my heart goes out to all of you. I wished that I had known Larry more than I did, I had read some of his things and Facebook and he sounds like he was a very thoughtful young man, May he rest in peace and God‘s loving arms.

    Through our bad times and then our good times we still came back together.. you had my back like I had yours.. I’m so grateful for the years I got with you.. I’ll love you forever.. I’ll miss you even more.. I’m so sorry I couldn’t help you in the end.. I’m so glad we had our talk before it was time.. until we meet again at the gate with a beer..💔
