Loris “Buck” Soucia, 73, of Chittenango passed away at home Sunday, March 27, 2022. Born in

Massena NY, Buck was a resident of the Chittenango area for over 50 years. Prior to his

retirement he worked as a laborer for Hueber-Breuer Construction. Surviving are his children

Angela Finen (Gary Updyke) of Waterville NY; Charles Soucia and Michael Soucia both of

Canastota NY; and Jeffery D’Eredita (Gina Grochan) of Syracuse NY; 15 Grandchildren and 4

Great-Grandchildren. Also surviving are Buck’s sisters Donna Akey of Brewerton NY; Susan

Soucia of Osceola NY; Linda McLaughlin (Bill) of Camillus NY; and Emma Soucia of

Chittenango NY. He was predeceased by his wife of 23 years Mary “Kathy” Soucia; Helen

Soucia his mother and his father Leo Soucia. Per Buck’s wishers there will be no calling hours

or services.
