My mentor, my friend and a helper to all who loved and cared for cats. She was a pillar in the cat fancy, an Editor of Cat Tracks, and a solid supporter of The Cat Fanciers' Association. Her cats' pedigree lines go back many, many years to some of the best Himalayans ever bred. Her wise counsel, stories she told and snappy remarks will be missed in years to come. She always had an opinion and sometimes ruffled feathers; but her sharp mind and wit always managed to win you over. She will be missed. My life was enriched with her friendship....the Grande Dame of Himalayan breeders.
