To Graeme & Family, and to Jim and his Family, Our deepest sympathy for the passing of my friend, Chris. Chris was not only a friend but also my KP (kidney & pancreas) buddy.Sharing notes all the time. Chris was loving, kind and truly loved Graeme and her Grandchildren and her pups. She was so grateful to Graeme, for the gift of his kidney to her. Giving her new life, and grateful to her pancreas Donor too. She was so thankful for her Partner, Jim. He was her right hand man, always with her through thick and thin. Gone too soon, my friend. You will be missed by so many. Forever in my heart. May you Rest In Paradise.
