    Rosalie M. June (Gaiser) 81, of Chittenango passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Sunday at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Syracuse. Born to Charles and Frances Gaiser in Utica, NY, on December 28, 1937. She is the eldest of 9 children. Rose grew up in Waterville, NY, where she met her high school sweetheart, William June. They were married on July 2, 1955. They spent most of their lives in Perryville, NY, where they raised their 5 children. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, and aunt. Rose worked for the family businesses, June’s Construction and June’s Plumbing and Heating. She also served as court clerk for her husband, Judge June. She was a tax consultant for H & R Block for 25 years. Rose was one of the founders of Cub Scout Boy Scout Troop 107 of Perryville and was a recipient of the Silver Beaver Award. She was an amazing woman and anunforgettable soul. She lived her life full of faith, love, kindness, grace, and laughter. Her warm and generous spirit was felt by everyone. She is survived by her husband, William June; her children, Debra (Dana) Smith, Cynthia (Edward) Heinz, William Jr. (Shari) June, Robert (Cami) June, Bruce (Kristina) June, 21 grandchildren, and 37 great grandchildren, 3 brothers Charles, Joseph and John Gaiser, 3 sisters, Rachael Owens, Frances Gaiser and Robin Owens and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be 11:00 am Friday, August 9, 2019 at the First Baptist Church of Chittenango. Private burial will be in Perryville Cemetery. Calling hours will be 4-7 pm Thursday at the G.F. Zimmer Funeral Home, 702 legion Drive, Chittenango. Contributions in her memory may be made to the First Baptist Church of Chittenango.

    I am truly sorry to hear of the passing of Mrs. June. We lived across the street from them for a few years...wonderful people 💜. My sincere condolences to Mr. June and her family .
